Macondo Chef and co-owner Máximo Tejada (Rayuela) claimed the former LoSide space to open this paean to Latin-American street food. Venezuelan arepas are offered with toppings oven-roasted quail; empanadas can be stuffed with shrimp or vegetables; and tacos feature fillings like lamb. Mixologist Junior Merino mans the hooch.
